Our subselves seem to be likes group of people living in the same dwelling. They each have different skills, jobs, ages, values, and needs, and may or may not know about, understand, like, and accept each other. They can ally, fight bitterly, or ignore or hide from some others, like members of any human group. Conversely, if individual subselves are acknowledged, respected, and effectively led, inner-personal stress drops and harmony, energy, spirits, and achievements soar!
